Support

Once you have registered and purchased services on our platform, you may contact us for support via email. We will do our best to resolve any issues. Smaller bug fixes will be addressed via email, and we will update the core system accordingly. Content support is available to verified users through ticket submissions only. Support requests made through email and live chat will be addressed in due course.

If your support request requires additional system customization, you have two options:

Unauthorized/Illegal Usage

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in using the platform, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) or the laws of your country and international law. Specifically, it is prohibited to use our platform for pages that promote: violence, illegal terrorism, explicit sexual content, racism, obscene content, or warez software links.

You may not impersonate, copy, duplicate, sell, trade, or exploit any part of our services or access to our platform without explicit written consent from RhizoICO or the product owner.

Our members are responsible for all content posted on the platform, as well as activities that occur under their account.

We reserve the right to suspend your account immediately if we consider any activity on the platform to be inappropriate or in violation of these terms.

Account Security

If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and any other actions taken regarding the account. You should immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.
